What is cupping? an ancient therapy where a practitioner places silicone, glass, or plastic cups on your skin to create suction. This negative pressure lifts skin and fascia, increasing blood flow to tight muscles and releasing tension—functioning like a "backward" deep tissue massage
What is trigger point release?a targeted therapy focused on releasing "muscle knots" (trigger points)—hyper irritable, tight bands of muscle fibers that cause localized or radiating pain. Practitioners apply direct, sustained pressure to these points to interrupt pain cycles, restore tissue length, and improve blood flow.
What are neuromuscular massage techniques?a specialized form of soft tissue manipulation designed to treat the root causes of chronic pain. It specifically targets "trigger points" (tender muscle knots), improves circulation, and balances the nervous and muscular systems
